Administer day to day store operation and provide administrative support to
the designate services branch .administer special tools store ,consumable
items and local goods kept in store. receiving goods from supplier ,verify for
compliance and store appropriately, issues special tools and other stocked
items to workshop personally upon request. Administer receiving goods
consumable from local suppliers and verified their compliance with in house
Quality standards. as well as purchasing documents or arranging verification
by quality personal for technical goods of the designate services branch .
Store all items in suitable place location with labeling and marking to facility
items identification and indication of items status .
Store special tools in proper condition and issues to workshop personal
upon their need .
Prepare stock replenishment requisition ,maintain stock control, stock
movement ,receiving and issues recording as well as their condition and
validity checking of items .
Maintain necessary record as required for ISO Standard and ensure the
compliance of ISO Standard implementation as per QSM .Create PR and PO
ensure cost control
To maintain stock and other materials. The Warehouse admin i will ensure
safe and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food to the customer.
• Manually load and unload freight in temperature-controlled warehouse
and other locations as directed by management.
• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area, pick
orders for shipment and assemble various types of merchandise to be
shipped, check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage and
infestation, perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and
repacking.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and a clean/orderly manner
work environment.
• Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety in compliance
with OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, participate in physical inventories, as
needed, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal
responsibilities from time to time, as needed.
Account Clerks manage accounts and provide support for the accounting, finance and sales departments.
