Worked in Bosch Transmissions via YER in areas of new product development, manufacturing process improvement, and material testing.

Worked in new product development in automotive sector. Used FEM simulation and testing to develop product design, develop manufacturing process, and failure analysis. 

Worked in quality management of produced steel sheets. this included defect analysis, process deviation analysis, equipment inspection. Also directly worked with customers on customer complaints and made daily quality reports. 

Worked on projects in capacity of materials engineer. Worked in material selection, material testing, product reliability and performance testing, design of process and post-production treatment and design heat treatment cycles.
